Coast Cleaners is a family-owned property care business on the Costa del Sol, specialising in keyholding, cleaning, property inspections and concierge services for holiday homes.

They came to us with a strong reputation on Facebook, where they received great engagement and lots of positive reviews. But all enquiries and lead generation were happening through social media, which made it hard to present services clearly, explain pricing and packages, or convert new visitors into clients without messaging first.

Our goal was simple: build a professional website that reflects Coast Cleaners’ personality and credibility, makes their services easy to understand, and supports the business as it grows online.

Our Starting Point

Before coming to us, Coast Cleaners had no website. All enquiries came through their Facebook page, which had strong engagement and plenty of positive reviews, but no clear way to present services, packages or pricing in one place.

New clients had to message the page to understand what was offered, and there was no standalone online presence to support referrals or give the business a more professional footing.

The business wanted to shift focus towards their keyholding service, which had already been well-received by clients, and needed an online presence that reflected this new emphasis while still representing their cleaning and concierge offerings.

Our Approach

We began by creating a website mock-up to establish structure, messaging, and content flow. The aim was to rebrand Coast Cleaners to prioritise keyholding, making it the main focus of the website while still presenting their other services clearly.

An in-person consultation helped refine the messaging and visual direction. The site was then built on WordPress for flexibility and ease of use. We also refreshed the Coast Cleaners logo, modernising it while retaining familiar elements for existing clients.

To support credibility and trust, we integrated their existing Facebook reviews as testimonials throughout the site. This carried over the social proof they had already built into a professional online platform.

The Result

The new website positions Coast Cleaners as a keyholding-first business while still offering cleaning and concierge services. It makes it easy for new clients to understand services and packages, showcases strong client reviews, and provides a professional hub that complements their social media presence.

The rebrand and website redesign helped pivot the business into a service area that clients value most, giving Coast Cleaners a platform to grow in the keyholding space while maintaining their established reputation.
