1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Easy Web Partner. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our goal is to deliver professional, secure, and effective digital solutions while maintaining a transparent and straightforward partnership.
These Terms & Conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Together, they form the full framework that governs your use of our website and services.
2. Services Provided
Easy Web Partner offers web development, hosting, webshops, marketing, branding, content creation, translations, and related digital services. The exact scope of work will be defined in your quote or agreement and may include optional add-ons.
3. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver your project efficiently, you must provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring that your content, graphics, or other materials do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
4. Ownership & Transfers
You retain full ownership of your website and domain once all agreed-upon payments have been made in full. If payments are not completed or are stopped, and you have not requested a transfer of the website or domain, Easy Web Partner reserves the right to retain ownership of the work, and any website content or files may be lost.
You may transfer your website and domain to another provider at any time, provided all payments are up to date. Easy Web Partner will provide website files and domain transfer codes upon request. Please note that migration services are not included for free, but we can assist with the process if arranged separately.
5. Support & Communication
We do not provide phone support. All support is handled via email or through booked consultations. While we work to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible, occasional downtime may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will address and fix problems as promptly as humanly possible.
6. Payment Terms
Payments for services are outlined in your quote or package selection. For recurring services, billing is either annual or monthly, as agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension of hosting or service until the balance is cleared. Additional services, add-ons, or consultations are billed separately.
7. Revisions & Scope of Work
Quotes and packages include a clearly defined scope and, where applicable, a set number of revisions. Work requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at our standard rates or as otherwise agreed.
8. Performance & Results
While we implement best practices for SEO, marketing, and performance optimisation, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or sales. Outcomes are influenced by many external factors beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, all content, designs, code, and branding created by Easy Web Partner for your project belong to you. Easy Web Partner retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
10. Liability & Indemnity
Easy Web Partner is not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services. You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from the misuse of services, illegal content, or violations of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions outlined in the quote or contract. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and Easy Web Partner will provide all relevant website files and domain transfer codes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
13. Amendments
Easy Web Partner may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
